コンテンツガイドライン
  • 本サービスに投稿または掲載されるすべてのコンテンツは、本ガイドラインに従うものとします。

    • All content posted or published on this service shall comply with these Guidelines.

    第1条  （適用）

    本ガイドラインは、本サービスにおいて公開・販売・配信されるすべてのコンテンツに適用されます。


    These Guidelines apply to all content published, sold, or distributed through this service.

    第2条  （投稿者の責任）

  • 投稿者は、投稿するコンテンツについて以下を保証するものとします。
  • 1. コンテンツに出演するすべての人物が18歳以上であること
  • 2. 出演者の明確な同意を取得していること
  • 3. 第三者の著作権・肖像権を侵害していないこと


    • Article 2 (Responsibilities of Contributors)
    Contributors shall guarantee the following regarding the content they submit.
    1. All persons appearing in the content are at least 18 years of age.
    2. Clear and explicit consent has been obtained from all performers.
    3. The content does not infringe any third party copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.

    第3条  （禁止コンテンツ）

  • 以下のコンテンツの投稿を禁止します。
  • 1. 未成年が関与するコンテンツ
  • 2. 強制・脅迫・暴力を伴う性行為
  • 3. 児童ポルノに該当するもの
  • 4. 違法薬物の使用を伴う行為
  • 5. 動物との性行為
  • 6. 無断撮影
  • 7. リベンジポルノ
  • 8. 個人情報の公開


    • Article 3 (Prohibited Content)
    The posting of the following content is strictly prohibited.
    1. Content involving minors or persons reasonably suspected to be minors.
    2. Sexual acts involving coercion, threats, violence, or non-consensual behavior.
    3. Any content constituting child sexual abuse material or child pornography.
    4. Content involving the use of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
    5. Sexual acts involving animals.
    6. Unauthorized or secretly recorded content.
    7. Revenge pornography or the distribution of intimate content without consent.
    8. Disclosure of personal information or privacy-invasive content.

    第4条  （削除）

  • 当社は以下の場合、コンテンツを削除できるものとします。
  • 1. 本ガイドライン違反
  • 2. 法令違反の可能性
  • 3. 出演者から削除申請があった場合


    • Article 4 (Removal of Content)
    The Company may remove content in the following cases.
    1. Violation of these Guidelines.
    2. Suspected violation of laws or regulations.
    3. When a performer or rights holder requests removal.

    第5条  （アカウント停止）

    重大な違反が確認された場合、当社はアカウントを停止できるものとします。



    Article 5 (Account Suspension)
    If a serious violation is confirmed, the Company may suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account without prior notice.
